About the training
This training is intended for professionals who deal with people's difficulties, crisis situations and emotional exhaustion on a daily basis. The program helps to understand what happens when a person enters a crisis, how a professional can remain effective when the situation becomes difficult, and how to respond responsibly so that the crisis is controlled and not deepened.

During the training, participants will practically test models of providing assistance, analyze real situations, learn rapid situation assessment and effective interventions. Much attention is also paid to the emotional resilience, boundaries and self-preservation of professionals - so that professionals can help others without forgetting themselves.

This training helps:

  • to better understand the crisis from a psychological and social perspective;

  • to recognize risk factors and choose the most appropriate response;

  • to develop communication skills in stressful situations;

  • to strengthen professional resilience and effective emotional management.
