GREEN4WORK – Green Skills for Adults

About the Project

GREEN4WORK is an Erasmus+ adult education project designed to support unemployed adults in developing green skills that are increasingly essential in today’s labour market. The project provides practical knowledge on sustainable work practices, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green technologies, while also strengthening participants’ digital competences.

Through a structured training programme, an online learning platform, remote seminars, and micro-credentials, the project enables adults to learn at their own pace and obtain official recognition of their green skills. This is particularly relevant for people seeking to return to the labour market, change their career path, or acquire new competences aligned with the European Green Transition.

Project objective

To improve the employability of unemployed adults by equipping them with practical sustainable work skills, digital competences, and recognised micro-credentials that support smoother integration into the green economy.
