The association unites specialists in their field - project managers, social workers, educators, psychologists, employment specialists. The members of the organization have many years of experience in organizing adult education, integration into the labor market, providing training services to disabled, NEET young people, strengthening their psychological and social resilience, as well as supporting young people who have ideas and want to implement projects. Members of the organization have experience using innovative motivational techniques such as INOBOX, JOBPIX, virtual reality/augmented reality, newspaper theater, etc. The association promotes volunteering, including volunteering online.
