About the training
This training program is intended for social workers who face high emotional burden, stress and the risk of burnout every day. The training invites you to slow down and look at nature as a scientifically based, effective source of strengthening psycho-emotional health.

During the training, participants will get acquainted with forest therapy (Shinrin-yoku) - a world-renowned method that helps reduce stress, restore emotional balance and strengthen internal resources. The impact of the forest on a person on various levels is discussed: physical, emotional, hormonal and social, as well as the possibilities of applying "green recipes" in social work.

A large part of the training is dedicated to practical experience - participants themselves try the structure of forest bathing: breathing exercises, activation of the senses, practices of conscious presence in nature and reflection. This experience helps not only to take better care of themselves, but also to understand how elements of nature therapy can be applied when working with different client groups.

Training helps:

  • to strengthen emotional resilience and reduce professional burnout;

  • to discover effective self-help and self-reflection tools;

  • to expand social work methods by integrating nature therapy;

  • to improve well-being, quality of work, and relationships with service recipients.
